Our Christian values are under attack from secular progressives. However, much of what makes America exceptional as a country stems from those values. With the political left boldly trying to re-write American History with the 1619 Project and Critical Race Theory, it’s time to re-visit our historical roots and remind ourselves and our children that Christians set the example for self-government that led to the Declaration of Independence and that Christians led the fight against slavery in America, helping us live up to our ideals that “all men are created equal” and "that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights.”
