Homeschooling continues to grow, and we're working very hard to make our 2026 convention season the best convention season ever! Exhibit Booths are on-sale in May for current exhibitors and July for new exhibitors... and are expected to SELL OUT (just as they did for the 2025 season)

TEXAS Homeschool Convention, Kalahari Resort & Convention Center, Round Rock, TX – July 9th-11th, 2026

Step 1: Review the exhibitor agreement under "Rules." By signing up, you are agreeing to these terms.
Step 2: New exhibitors fill out an Application Request under "Applications." Upon approval, you will be sent an email with further steps for an official application.
Step 3: There is a link to pay after completing the official application. 50% deposit is required to reserve your booths. Your booth is not reserved until this deposit is paid.
Step 4: Exhibitors can apply to speak at the location they have 1 or more booths. There is no additional cost. Submitting a speaking application does not guarantee a workshop. You must check the workshop schedule 1-2 months prior to each convention to see if you have been selected.
Step 5: Remaining 50% payment is due January 6th.
Step 6: Check the "Updates" section for shipping, utilities, parking, and workshop schedules.

Convention Booth Information

The approximate booth size in SC, OH, and CA is 10X10.
The approximate booth size in TX and MO is 8X10.
Each booth includes a table, chair, and sign. Additional items may be ordered through the event’s decorator.
Electric services and WiFi access must be ordered through each venue.

Payment Information

Payment in full is due January 6, 2026
A $25 per booth discount is given when exhibiting at three or more conventions.

Speaking Opportunities

Speaking opportunities with Great Homeschool Conventions are available to registered exhibitors only. There is no additional cost to speak.

A link to the Speaker Application is included within the accounts of approved Exhibitors. Submission of Speaker Application does not guarantee a workshop.

We will send a general Exhibitor email when the Schedule has been posted. We will not send individual notices if you have been approved. You will need to check the speaking schedule under "Updates" 1-2 months before the convention dates to see your speaking session. Thank you for your interest!

Advertising Opportunities

Many advertising options are available with Great Homeschool Conventions, including sponsorships, social media campaigns, program guide advertising, and more. Advertising opportunities for 2026 are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please reach out for our media kit in August.

COVID protocols

Great Homeschool Conventions simply operates in accordance with any mandatory protocols if and when specified and required by the host venue, or city/state. Great Homeschool Conventions will continue to follow all guidelines from appropriate state and local government agencies.
