2027 GHC Regional Homeschool Convention Dates

Homeschooling continues to grow, and we’re working hard to make our 2027 convention season the best one yet! Exhibitor booths are on sale now for new exhibitors and are expected to sell out, just as they did for the 2026 season.

How to Become a GHC Exhibitor

Step 1: Review the Exhibitor Rules
Review the exhibitor agreement under Rules. By signing up, you are agreeing to these terms.

Step 2: Submit an Application
New exhibitors should fill out an application request under Applications. Upon approval, you will receive an email with further steps for completing an official application.

Step 3: Secure Your Booth
A minimum deposit is required to reserve your booth.

Step 4: Apply for Speaking Opportunities
Exhibitors may apply to speak at the location where they have one or more booths. There is no additional cost to speak, but submitting a speaking application does not guarantee a workshop. Speaking sessions are due in November.

Step 5: Pay Your Remaining Balance
All remaining balances are due in full by January 6.

Step 6: Check for Exhibitor Updates
Visit Updates for shipping information, utilities, parking, workshop schedules, and other important convention details.

Speaking Opportunities

Speaking opportunities with Great Homeschool Conventions are available to registered exhibitors only. There is no additional cost to speak.

A link to the Speaker Application is available within the accounts of approved exhibitors. Submission of a Speaker Application does not guarantee a workshop.

Speaking sessions are due in November.

If your session is approved, it will appear in the exhibitor portal. Exhibitors can check the portal for the status of their workshops. Final changes will be made 45 days before each event.

All speakers of Great Homeschool Conventions agree to these terms.
