Volunteer and receive a Full Family Convention Registration!
As you might imagine, to keep a homeschool convention of this size running smoothly requires an awful lot of coordination. Each year, we need about 100 volunteers per convention to cover shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of each convention.
When you volunteer you will receive a Free Family Registration for the entire weekend!
This presents a great opportunity for a homeschooling mom or dad to help for a few hours, and in return, their family can attend the entire homeschool convention for free.
Here’s how it works:
- Either Mom or Dad volunteer and works a one 4-hour shift.
- Fill out the form below and our volunteer coordinator will contact you within a week.
- You will receive specific instructions on registering for the convention.
- If you have already registered online for the convention and would like to volunteer instead, no problem: please fill out the form below and our volunteer coordinator will be in touch. After your volunteer shift you will be reimbursed for your registration fee.

Please note: children are not permitted to be with the volunteering parent during their volunteer shift. However, the children are required to have a parent with them at all times including attending the sessions.
