The workshop will be a presentation on what it takes for homeschooled students to have authentic laboratory experiences at the Advanced Placement (college) level in chemistry and physics working from their home environment. The presentation will provide audience members with information from both practical and theoretical learning perspectives designed to produce confidence in homeschooled students that they are doing real science if the laboratory experiences are done right. The workshop session can range from 45 to 60 minutes depending upon the time available.
