A high content speaker, motivational/inspirational in style and tone, Cindy empowers others to become a victor, not a victim, when they face adversities in life. Her commitment and passion for service has been a driving force her entire life, leading her to become a certified John C. Maxwell internationally-respected trainer and business coach, and a Les Brown Platinum motivational speaker. In 2017, Cindy was named as a Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide Women of Influence Lifetime Member. A Biographer, World Traveler (25 countries), a researcher of historic American Indian Trails, and a Long Distance River Trekker, while she is just hanging out, she rides motorcycles and is a licensed aircraft pilot. Cindy developed and taught college courses, both in the classroom and online, and was a college administrator. Cindy retired as Chief of Staff to the College President after 33 years of service to begin a new adventure in her life. With over 20 years’ experience in the education field, both as an instructor and administrator, she is co-founder of the Academy of Leadership Abilities ® (ALA) and co-creator of the highly acclaimed P.O.W.E.R. Curriculum Library, co-authoring a series of 32 books that give the next generation the tools to become the world’s future leaders.
