In this session, Jeremy charitably compares and contrasts American church trends with historical Biblical truths from a denominationally neutral perspective. In many cases, Jeremy suggests, trends and truth run parallel to each other in helpful ways. In some cases, trends and truth diverge from each other in less than helpful ways. By helping Christians to correctly categorize church trends and, at the same time, embrace Christian truths, Jeremy hopes to decrease the number of people, especially young people, rejecting the timeless truths of Christianity simply because they’ve experienced less than helpful trends in the Church.
