Juan Arambul, Founder and CEO of ANEW Project, is a youth development consultant and has spent numerous years facilitating leadership retreats, team-building workshops, and delivering motivational speeches on leadership and project-based learning. His innovative approach to teaching has helped develop more unified communities by integrating customized activities within challenging group dynamics. He coordinates fun and creative leadership summits, professional developments, conferences, and workshops throughout California. Juan formed the "Associated Network of Educational Workshops" to give back and help others become the best version of themselves.
