Lisa Riegel, Ph.D. is a co-founder of a software solution that measures, trains, and tracks soft skills. She developed the JAKAPA program after twenty years of teaching at the high school, college and and graduate level. She also spent the last 15 years coaching educational leaders on how to engage students and staff. Her work revealed that soft skills gaps are the key culprit for achievement gaps, disengagement, an unproductive teams.
