These relationships have fueled her passion for mentoring parents, emphasizing vulnerability and transparency about the challenges and triumphs of homeschooling. Her workshops at Great Homeschool Conventions focus on practical topics, such as navigating the HUGE vendor hall that is overflowing with curriculum and resources, choosing the right curriculum, and discerning whether a child’s struggles stem from learning challenges or lack of motivation. She offers strategies to tailor education to individual needs, reducing stress and fostering a joyful learning environment.
In 2024, Alice returned to the classroom to complete her Master of Psychology degree, further honing her skills to advise homeschooling families through her family and life coaching business, Speak-Easy.
