Show a ticket and/or email confirmation when you arrive at the Registration Desk.

Helpful Info

• Your registration packet will be available at the convention’s Registration Desk, whether you arrive on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
• Present one of the following when picking up your registration packet: the QR code online ticket, your email confirmation, or your driver’s license.
• Your registration packet includes a wristband which is required for entrance into the Exhibit Hall and Workshops. Any Special Event tickets purchased will be included in the packet.
• Just as refunds are not granted for tickets to sporting events or concerts, GHC orders are non-refundable.
• For any customer service issues or questions, please contact us.

If you've purchased individual tickets (separate from a convention) to see Phil Robertson in Cincinnati or Fort Worth, you will be able to pick up your tickets at the convention center beginning at NOON on Saturday. Please take your ID and proof of purchase to the registration counter to receive your tickets.
