Exhibit Hall Hours
Wednesday
- Exhibitors with 3 or more booths: set up 5:00–9:00 PM
Thursday
- Set up: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Check-in at the exhibitor check-in desk to receive your lanyards and exhibitor envelope.
- Exhibit hall open to attendees: 5:00–8:00 PM
Friday
- Exhibit Hall open: 9:30 AM–7:00/7:30 PM
- Exhibitors can access the exhibit hall at 8:30 AM and must have an exhibitor badge for entry.
Saturday
- Exhibit Hall open: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Exhibitors can access the exhibit hall at 8:30 AM and must have an exhibitor badge for entry.
- **No early takedowns on Saturday. Takedown begins at 5:30 PM
Parking – On-Site
If you are a speaker in one of the top 10 rooms and you have a MAC, please bring a MAC adapter.
Hotel Scam Alert
Each year, a third-party company claims to be booking rooms on behalf of Great Homeschool Conventions. This is a scam; their rates are $45–$70 higher than what GHC has negotiated with area hotels. We have nothing to do with this company and they do not represent us in any way. Please book your accommodations through one of the options on the Great Homeschool Conventions website to take advantage of our negotiated rates.
