Event Agreement
All attendees and vendors (hereafter, “parties”) of any Great Homeschool Convention (GHC) event understand that no refunds shall be made for any tickets/registrations purchased to GHC events. Parties assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release GHC management, its employees, and agents against any and all claims. In purchasing a ticket/registration to a GHC event, understand that their ticket will be for a GHC event even though their bank account will show a payment to USA Home Education Association, which is partnered with GHC. By purchasing a ticket, attendees also agree to refrain from any and all soliciting of vendors, speakers, and other attendees during the GHC events. In purchasing a ticket/registration to a GHC event, registrants also agree that they may be also contacted by a GHC sponsor via email, text or phone. Furthermore, all vendors/exhibitors understand that they are to remain at and around their booth in the space they are renting. Everyone attending and/or participating in a GHC event authorize GHC and their designees including, but not limited to, sponsors, exhibitors, and contractors, to use and do authorize the use of his or her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter in perpetuity. All parties also agree not to behave in a disruptive or threatening manner towards any of the GHC staff and agents, vendors, and other attendees. All parties further understand that violating this agreement is grounds for expulsion from the event and that GHC reserves the right to remove any speakers, exhibitors, or attendees who violate this agreement and for any other reason GHC deems prudent at any time before, during, or after the event.
