About This Workshop

Do you have stories and poems in you just waiting to come out? Have you thought it would be pretty neat to be a published author in or before high school? Do you have family histories to record for posterity’s sake and stories you told your kids you want to capture for your grandkids? Until recently, publishing a book was restricted by access, time, and expense. Now, tremendous technological changes in the printing industry have turned the publishing world on its ear and publishing a book at any age is accessible, affordable, and quick.

In this seminar, Brewster explains the changes to publishing that now allow any person to write and publish a professional book. He will walk you through the process, so that you will leave the session confident you can write and publish a book. He describes the formatting pitfalls to avoid and the quality control that must be exercised to produce a book with a professional look and feel. It is a thrill to publish your first book and with this session and Brewster’s help you can experience that thrill as well. Each session participant will receive a copy of the presentation, a coupon good for one picture book download, and a reservation for a review of your own book idea or manuscript.
