About This Workshop

Learn simple steps you can take to avoid or overcome reading, spelling or comprehension concerns with your older student. Understand how to easily ensure your student has the reading and spelling skills to do whatever he or she chooses in life (attend college, become an entrepreneur, be an author, become a skilled electrician or plumber, establish a business…). All school subjects and life skills are more difficult when reading, spelling, and comprehension abilities are not mastered. If your bright young scholar has gaps – come and learn what you can do. Parents often mistakenly believe that it is their fault. Most excellent well-established curriculum do not provide the pattern-based foundation needed for many students to succeed. Keep your excellent curriculum and find out how you can supplement and support your teaching and your student’s success in reading and spelling.
