Leadership is not a position reserved for a few. Leadership is about influence and we all have influence on the people in our lives at various times. It is the responsibility of every individual to identify and develop the very best part of themselves in order to positively impact those around us, family, friends and colleagues. When students develop a greater understanding of their Christian Identity, strengthen Relationship Skills, Understand Empathy, learn how to better manage Stress, and build a stronger ability to Focus, they are well on their way toward a more grounded and fulfilling life where they can serve as an anchor to those around them. This workshop will highlight a successful student curriculum designed to help students develop their leadership potential.
