About This Workshop

Today, we’re witnessing the rise of the sickest generation of kids to ever walk the earth. Many of you work tirelessly to safeguard your family’s health, carefully selecting the best foods, medicines, and supplements. But simply raising our children in a holistic environment doesn’t guarantee they’ll grow into healthy adults. Providing our children with TRUE health means that we provide them with a strong foundation on holistic health science. This means our kids have an understanding of how our bodies heal, the natural pathways they follow when unwell, and why these processes are part of our wonderfully designed systems.

In this session, we’ll explore a key principle in holistic medicine called the “Direction of Cure,” which helps us recognize whether the body is truly moving toward healing or falling deeper into illness. Paola will guide you through these transformative concepts, derived from her NEW digital program, Evie and the Golden Homestead, crafted especially for this year’s GHC. This session is your opportunity to dive into the core principles of true health and empower your family with the wisdom of natural healing.

Today, many parents recognize that fevers are beneficial, and that our bodies are designed to lead us back to health. But what happens if a rash appears after a fever? Is that normal? How high is too high for a fever? Or, if the fever is gone but now there’s mucus, does that mean things are getting worse? (Hint: it doesn’t!) Without a foundational understanding of how our bodies heal, these questions can be confusing—even alarming.

In this session, we’ll explore the body’s natural healing journey, weaving in medical history to empower your children with the confidence to trust their bodies and think critically rather than react with fear.

As they grow, our children will face a world obsessed with a “pill-for-every-ill” approach. Our culture continues to spread misconceptions about health, and those who don’t critically assess their options often suffer the consequences. While core subjects like math and writing are important, so is the knowledge of how to live well in our bodies. As parents, it’s our responsibility to pass on essential principles of true health.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss how you can nurture a legacy of wellness by teaching your children the foundations of TRUE health. Whether you’re new to holistic health and homeopathy or well-versed, come learn alongside your kids. Together, we’ll gain the skills to ask doctors the right questions, understand drug labels, and make informed choices with confidence—knowing when to say “yes” and when to say “no.”
