Zach Fay is the founder and president of Kingdom Scene Endeavors and the creator of Lightgliders, a digital platform of Christian faith, fun, and games available on computers, tablets, and smartphones. Passionate about kids and the importance of intentional family conversations, Zach sought a culturally relevant way to impact kids. In his research, he learned that the critical years to impact kids are before the teenage years through pivotal events and meaningful conversations. Yet, in today's digitally-connected world, kids are spending more than five hours a day in front of a screen oftentimes playing digital games and less than 20 minutes of quality time with mom or dad. Lightgliders is a kid-first platform designed to leverage the digital time so as to maximize the quality time. It includes fun games, purposeful activities, community events, a biblical worldview curriculum, and weekly resources for parents and group leaders designed to spark conversation and reflection. Lightgliders is accessible by visiting www.lightgliders.com or by downloading the Lightgliders app in the Apple or Google Play store. Zach received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his MDiv and MBA from Regent University. He has worked in church ministry, management consulting, and executive coaching. Zach currently lives in his hometown of St. Louis, MO, with his wife Margaret, a mental health therapist, and their three young children.
