This session explores two of the things that truly matter when it comes to music instruction: children and literacy. Our children are royalty because they are sons and daughters of God, so we must approach their music education with that in mind. Resources and methodologies are explored that support joyful music literacy.
Music has always been considered a core discipline in a classical education. This session will explore the way music instruction should be approached in each stage of the trivium: grammar, logic, and rhetoric. Resources for each stage will also be recommended.
