| Megan Uotila is the co-founder and CEO of AllBoss Club. She is a neurodivergent leader and mother of four. Three of her children are also neurodivergent. Their super-brains include touches of ASD, ADD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and more. Megan specializes in strength-based teaching strategies to maximize independence, resilience, critical thinking, confidence, and empowerment. Recognizing that mainstream offerings are often not a fit for kids who are neurodivergent, she has found alternative pathways where these gifted children can thrive and feel exceptional while connecting with their peers and learning valuable life and vocational skills. |
