Maureen Diaz

Maureen Diaz is first and foremost a Christian, wife, and mother to 9 children, all of whom have been homeschooled throughout the last 32+ years.It has always been her desire to discern fact from fiction amongst the many dietary dogmas of the last 5 decades, in an effort to feed her family well to keep them healthy and strong . Eventually this led to the research of the late Dr. Weston A. Price which changed her and her family's lives forever. Maureen understands Dr. Price's findings to be in line with scripture and thus, along with daughter Erin, formed the company God's Good Table. Together their vision is to share with the Christian community the message of health, hope, and healing through timeless principles rooted in God's word.

After nearly 30 years of homesteading in Pennsylvania Maureen and husband George now reside on a quiet mountaintop in Virginia.
