Marlene Dickinson

Marlene is a playwright, songwriter, director and choreographer with over 50 productions under her belt across the globe. She has worked at the intersection of Christianity and Theatre her entire career, and believes the Lord is the Author of all artistic expression.

Marlene is devoted to equipping the next generation of performing artists to serve the Church or enter the Stage/TV/Film industry with confidence in the Lord and excellence in their craft.

Marlene is a full scholarship recipient and summa cum laude graduate of Northern Kentucky University's Theatre Performance program. She has continued lifelong studies in NYC and ATL at the Dramatists Guild Institute, Actors Connection, Upright Citizens Brigade, and Georgia Ballet, among others. She is formerly with AWA Agency for commercial talent and former Board Chair of Christians in Theatre Arts (www.cita.org.)

Marlene and husband Curtis have been married 36 years and have two grown children, both in the Stage/TV/Film industry. The family is active at His Hand Church in the Atlanta area.
