| Lisa Jaeger – Homeschool Representative, eat2explore With over 20 years of experience in education and 13 years as a dedicated homeschool mom, Lisa Jaeger brings both expertise and heart to every learning environment she touches. She holds a Master’s degree in Education with postgraduate work in Language and Literacy, and has spent her career helping students (and their parents) find joy and confidence in learning. As a mom to a college sophomore and a high school senior, Lisa has navigated every stage of the homeschool journey — from early phonics to college applications. Beyond her own home classroom, she has served her homeschool community in countless roles, including volunteer teacher, field trip coordinator, and co-op president. Most recently, she founded an online co-op for high schoolers, creating new opportunities for students to connect and grow. In her current role as the Homeschool Representative for eat2explore, Lisa combines her passion for education, culture, and hands-on learning to help families “unbox the world” — bringing geography, global cuisine, and adventure right to the kitchen table. |
