| Judi Gilpin, was born and raised in Australia where she obtained her Nursing Degree. Judi is now a dual citizen of Australia and the United States of America, currently living in Arizona. She has traveled to over 23 countries. Judi has lived and worked in three poverty stricken communities, as well as affluent locations. Judi has children and grandchildren. Like the characters in her book, Judi’s children got to participate with her in the adventures of life. It has been many years of living and working with children, teens and families of all socioeconomic circumstances, and in many places, including 17 years in Hawaii, that has led Judi to the place of writing this children’s book. It is her hope that the children who read this will enjoy learning about other cultures, customs, facts and places. Judi hopes they will discover that change can be exciting and full of new opportunities. |
