As a homeschooling father of seven, preacher’s kid, PhD trained scientist, high school science teacher, and all-around nature lover, science education from a Biblical perspective is my passion. Growing up as a homeschooler myself, I was exposed to a Biblical understanding of the world and chose to serve and follow Christ from a young age. My love for science led me to complete a PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Cornell University. I oversee a 100-acre outdoor classroom that serves over 5,000 pre-K through high school students each year. My mission is to connect students (both public and homeschooled) with nature and science in a fun, engaging way.
