About

As the president of third generation Schukei Inc., operations manager of Ready Lamp LLC, and a lifelong entrepreneur, Chad brings over 25 years of business ownership experience to the table.
In addition to their current businesses, Chad and his wife, Cheri, previously owned two strength and conditioning facilities in Colorado. Through these facilities, Chad coached more than 55 top-five state finishers, over 15 Colorado state champions, and more than 25 collegiate athletic scholarship recipients. He was also recognized as the Colorado High School Activities Association Assistant Track & Field Coach of the Year in 2015.
As a father of three homeschooled children, Chad applied his coaching expertise to his oldest daughter, Keely, guiding her to a top-three national ranking in discus during her high school years, later becoming a two-time All-American and finishing second at the national level. He again used his coaching skills to guide his son, Kevin, to achieve a third-degree black belt in Tae-kwon-do. Having reached such an achievement, Chad then used his business savvy to help lay the groundwork for Kevin to open a highly successful martial arts dojo when Kevin was just fifteen years old and instructing all age groups.Chad and Cheri continued on with their youngest daughter, Kari, guiding her as she took home the title of 2022 Miss Teen Wyoming. They have assisted Kari in hosting multiple large scale community events and supported her growth as an aspiring Christian musician. Graduating high school a year early, she has recently released her self-produced debut single, “Isn't Over Yet” at an age of only seventeen.Their most recent venture, “Civil Dispute,” is a game created by his wife, Cheri, then graphically designed and digitally marketed by Kari, taking it nation-wide and showcasing it in two of the nation’s top toy shows.Chad seeks to educate families on what they are capable of when they come together to help one another in the pursuit of their goals, mainly entrepreneurship. He promotes the concept of parents guiding their children through the practical operations of running a business where they learn real-time how to work in the world around them.
