Opened My Eyes

There is nothing quite like attending a (GHC) Great Homeschool Convention. So many awesome workshops to choose from; the speakers are simply the best; and shopping in the Exhibit Hall is an adventure where I always find new ideas and great convention deals. There’s fresh new info and material every year. You can’t go just one year! Don’t Miss It! You’ll be more equipped, encouraged and energized – both as a parent and as a Homeschooler.

The largest homeschool convention in the world is the GHC Cincinnati, Ohio Homeschooling Convention. This annual 3-day event is held at the Duke Energy Convention Center, and draws attendees each year from about 15-states plus a couple of other countries. (Last year, there were attendees from both Canada and Germany)

While most attendees to the Cincinnati Homeschool Convention take full advantage of the discounted hotel rooms, and attend for all three (3) days… there are those that are only able to attend for a day or two – which still provides an incredible value as GHC convention registration is crazy affordable! (Some homeschooling moms make the annual Cincinnati, Ohio Homeschool Convention a “moms weekend” with other homeschooling mom friends – carpooling and sharing a hotel room together.)

Some of our Homeschool Convention attendees are brand new to homeschooling, or are simply in the information-gathering phase. Other attendees may have homeschooled for years, but are looking for encouragement… or some new homeschool ideas… or some great discounts in the Exhibit Hall… or something to specifically address a challenge they are facing in homeschooling one of their children… or some fun and fellowship with other homeschooling moms… or some combination thereof.

One thing that you can be sure of is that — wherever you are in your homeschooling adventure — you’ll be very glad that you attended GHC’s  Midwest Homeschool Convention in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This Cincinnati, Ohio Home School Convention always includes a Featured Speaker roster that is truly outstanding, and that includes dozens of amazing speakers.  Additionally, there are literally 100s of home school workshop sessions available – which allows you to choose sessions that are most applicable for you and your family.

The huge Exhibit Hall at the GHC Cincinnati, Ohio homeschool convention is the largest in the world. Our attendees simply LOVE to browse and shop for new ideas, special convention discounts… or to take a look at a new homeschooling curriculum IN PERSON before purchasing it.

As we strive to equip and encourage homeschooling moms and dads, we’ve made our Parenting Track a special focus each year. Our success as parents has a directly related impact on our efforts as homeschoolers, and these parenting sessions draw rave reviews from the homeschooling moms and dads that attend.

GHC also provides a very affordable Real Faith for the Real World” Teen Track that is designed to help equip teens as they move on into higher education and/or the workforce. We know they will inevitably face challenges to their Christian faith, and we want to make sure that they are well prepared when they do.

Finally, with attendees to the GHC Midwest Homeschool Convention in Cincinnati, Ohio coming from Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Canada, Alabama and beyond… we have arranged for hotel discounts specifically for GHC homeschool convention attendees. (Don’t forget – some homeschooling moms carpool and share a room!)

Whatever you do, you’ll not want to miss the Ohio Homeschooling EVENT of the YEAR! And, be sure to register now for the best pricing.
