Homeschooling continues to grow, and we're working very hard to make our 2027 convention season the best convention season ever! Exhibit Booths are on-sale in July for new exhibitors... and are expected to SELL OUT (just as they did for the 2026 season)

Step 1: Review the exhibitor agreement under "Rules." By signing up, you are agreeing to these terms.
Step 2: New exhibitors fill out an Application Request under "Applications." Upon approval, you will be sent an email with further steps for an official application.
Step 3: A minimum deposit is required to reserve your booth.
Step 4: Exhibitors can apply to speak at the location they have 1 or more booths. There is no additional cost. Submitting a speaking application does not guarantee a workshop. You must check the exhibitor portal for workshops. 1-2 months prior to each convention to see if you have been selected. **Speaking sessions are due in November.**
Step 5: All balances due in full by January 6th.
Step 6: Check the "Updates" section for shipping, utilities, parking, and workshop schedules.

Convention Booth Information
- The approximate booth size in SC, OH, and CA is 10X10.
- The approximate booth size in TX and MO is 8X10.
- Endcaps are two booths put together at the end of an aisle.
- Each booth includes a table, chair, and sign. Additional items may be ordered through the event’s decorator under the "Updates" tab.
- Electric services and WiFi access must be ordered through each venue.

Payment Information
- Payment in full is due January 6, 2027
- Payments are non-refundable
Speaking Opportunities
Speaking opportunities with Great Homeschool Conventions are available to registered exhibitors only. There is no additional cost to speak.
A link to the Speaker Application is included within the accounts of approved Exhibitors. Submission of Speaker Application does not guarantee a workshop.
Speaking sessions are due in November.
If you are approved you will see it in the exhibitor portal. Exhibitors can check the status of workshops in the exhibitor portal. Final changes will be made 45 days before each event.
Advertising Opportunities
Many advertising options are available with Great Homeschool Conventions, including sponsorships, social media campaigns, program guide advertising, and more. Advertising opportunities for 2027 are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Email [email protected] for more information.
Exhibitor FAQ's:
New exhibitors can submit an application request here: NEW Application Request GHC. Upon approval, you will receive an email with more information and submit an official application and payment.
One inline booth is 10x10 in SC, OH, and CA. 8x10 in MO and TX.
An endcap is two inline booths at the end of an aisle. MO and TX do not have official endcaps available for purchase.
Once you have submitted full payment for a booth, your spot is secured. Please note, there are no refunds.
Once you have submitted an official application and deposit for your booths, you will be emailed a link to set up your exhibitor portal within 3 days.
Booth assignments will be posted in the exhibitor portal and under the "Updates" tab.

We have extensive waitlists by this time, and your booth space will be cancelled. Please be sure to pay your balance in full by this date.
You should receive an email receipt, and be able to see your booths/payment in the exhibitor portal.

Vendor signage should only extend 8 feet high. You cannot block another vendors booth.
